About the event
Are you an international student in Canada worried about the recent changes to the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) eligibility? The Government of Canada has recently announced new regulations restricting PGWP eligibility to students who complete programs aligned with in-demand occupations. This shift can leave many students ineligible for a work permit after graduation, unless they pivot to the right programs.
Join us for this Program Selection Workshop, hosted by Kristina McPherson, founder of ATBCI, and Sanjay Brown, founder of StudiiCan+. This workshop is designed to help international students currently studying in Canada navigate the new regulations and make informed decisions about their academic and professional future.
What’s Included:
PGWP Eligibility Program Review: Learn which programs now qualify for PGWP and how to assess if your current program meets the criteria.
Program Selection Guidance: Get assistance in selecting a new program that aligns with Canada’s in-demand occupations to secure your PGWP.
