This 30 - 45 minute recorded interview is an opportunity to share your experiences, insights, and voice with thousands of newcomers and aspiring immigrants who can learn from your story. We’ll chat about your personal or professional journey, lessons learned, challenges overcome, or product or service to support the immigrant community, whether you’re a student, entrepreneur, worker, community leader, or someone offering products or services that support the immigrant experience in Canada. What to Expect - A relaxed, recorded conversation hosted by Kristina McPherson - Featured across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms - Opportunities to promote your business, platform, or personal brand (where applicable) - Your story shared to inspire, inform, and uplift the immigrant community
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in being a guest on As Told by Canadian Immigrants. This platform is built on real stories, shared with purpose, and I’m honoured to share yours. To help things run smoothly, please review the following guidelines before booking: * Booking & Recording - Interviews are scheduled by invitation only and are typically 30–45 minutes. Please arrive on time and be camera-ready :). You’ll need a quiet space, good lighting, and a stable internet connection. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. * Media & Consent - By booking your interview, you’re agreeing to be recorded and grant permission for your name, image, voice, and story to be used in podcast and video content. This includes YouTube, social media, audio platforms (like Spotify, Apple Podcasts), and other promotional materials. * Ownership & Intellectual Property - The final edited recording, along with any clips, quotes, graphics, or promotional content derived from the interview, remains the intellectual property of Kristina McPherson (14499484 Canada Inc.) and As Told by Canadian Immigrants. By participating, you’re giving permission for your interview to be: Edited for clarity, length, or alignment, Distributed across multiple platforms, Used in future compilations or promotional content. You will always be credited when your story is shared, but no financial compensation will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Respect & Boundaries - If there’s anything you’d prefer not to discuss or would like us to avoid during the interview, please let me know in advance in the intake form. This is a safe space, and your comfort matters. * By scheduling your interview, you confirm that: You’ve read and agree to this policy, You give permission for the interview to be recorded and published, You understand the content may be edited and shared for educational, inspirational, and commercial use.
